Delivery at Nara Living

Rate & Coverage
R500 flat rate delivery across the City of Cape Town Metropolitan Municipality. Delivery includes a two-person crew who carry your piece in and position it in your chosen room — no extra charge.

Lead Time
All pieces are made to order. Please allow 10–14 business days from order confirmation for your sofa to be crafted and ready for delivery. Once your piece is ready, we will contact you to book a delivery slot that works for you.
Delivery & Inspection
When your piece arrives, please inspect it carefully before signing off. Check for any damage or defects while the delivery team is still present — any issues must be noted at the time of delivery. We are unable to process claims for damage reported after the team has left.
If your piece arrives with a defect, contact us immediately at hello@naraliving.co.za with photos and your order number. We will arrange a repair or replacement at no cost to you.
Outside Cape Town
We are currently working on a delivery solution for areas outside the Cape Town Metro. If you are outside our delivery zone, get in touch at hello@naraliving.co.za and we will do our best to assist.
